One Power Solar has been wonderful to deal with. The whole process from making the initial consultation appointment through to follow up after installation has been smooth and stress-free. Oliver came to our home for the consultation. He was lovely and friendly, explained everything without any pushy salesperson tactics. He went through all the numbers and calculations for our situation and completed all the paperwork required for the whole process. The installation team arrived on time and completed all work with greater efficiency than expected, handed over the system and we were up and running with data showing in the app that afternoon. All paperwork had been emailed through, so we can refer back to everything.

Had a great experience with One Power solar from the first contact right through to installation and follow up. We had received slightly cheaper quotes from other companies, but in one case we were not able to get finance whereas with One Power we were. I can't fault the communication from One Power Solar. The sales rep was knowledgable, informative and not at all pushy. It gave us confidence knowing the product quality and support speaks for itself. We'd had several experiences with other sales representatives when first exploring solar that were not so positive...clearly trying to push a sale at a high price by ratcheting up the time pressure. None of that with One Power thankfully. Aspects that mattered to us such as warranty, salaried rather than sub-contracted installers, and established track record in the industry were all met by One Power. They are in the top quartile for price, but still very reasonable given the level of quality and support, and the knowledge that they are not going away any time soon. There was around a month from sale to install, and the installation process was very smooth and professional. Overall, very happy with our choice, and now enjoying guilt free air conditioning in the hot summer months knowing we are generating our energy using a renewable resource.

Our Solar Panels have made a huge difference to our electricity bill, pretty much halving it compared to the same time period last year. One Power Solar made the process very simple, from my initial inquiry to Louie’s consultation and then installation. I love checking the app to see what we’ve generated during the day/ week etc. Overall an excellent experience with a great outcome.
