From the first phone call to someone to give us a quote for Solar Batteries, Nathan the sales person was excellent he explained everything we asked about and the installation. We even got him to come back for reassurance and was no problem and also he gave a price on a hot water system which was also installed the same day as batteries. Wonderful caring service- our 30plus year old HWS died suddenly and all the staff were marvellous with arranging the purchase and installation within a few days with out any fuss or delay. Phone messages I left were returned promptly- all the paperwork was done online and it worked really well - even for an old bird like me. No fuss - no mess whatsoever and took away the old HWS. My wife and I are very happy we chose Solahart Newcastle for supply and installation of our Solar system. The team were very professional, highly experienced and wanted to be doing the installation. The installation of both panels and battery were done to a high standard and when we made some changes during the installation, nothing was too much trouble, and the extra battery storage we went with was carried out within 24 hours.
