Aztech recently installed a 15.47kw Aiko array DC coupled to a three phase SigEnergy SigenStor 30kW/48kwh battery stack. The initial consult with James was in person, making them the rare breed of installers visiting site to understand requirements. There was a wait for install due to the demand and subsequent stock shortages after the Federal Home Battery scheme, but this was communicated clearly with an estimated time the system would be available. The install team were professional, tidy, and did a fantastic job. We are very happy with our new found energy independence, and look forward to many years of returns and the comfort that a quality, well established player such as Aztech provides should we need any assistance in the future

5 stars from start to finish for my inverter upgrade and battery install. After submitting a request for a quote I was contacted the next day. The salesman Bryce was excellent, he was no nonsense and upfront about his commission structure and pricing of systems which led me to getting a battery system that suited my needs rather than getting pushed into a buying a system that was excess stock which I found from other companies that I had gotten to quote. After I paid my deposit there was quite a wait for an install date but with the federal rebates taking effect and inclement weather this was to be expected. Every time I spoke with the admin team they were a pleasure to deal with. Kyan and his fellow installers were at my house this week to remove the old inverters and install the new inverter and battery system and the job they done was impeccable. Each day they arrived on time and with a smile. They were friendly and approachable and took the time to get everything right. This resulted in a very tidy installation as you can see from the photos attached. I will recommend Aztech to anyone that asks me about my battery installation.

What an excellent business to deal with from Reception, administration, interaction and installation at all levels. Professional, friendly, competent with a can do and polite attitude! We had solar system installed last Thursday, after some prior hiccups with weather but timely arrangements were made. What they advised and provided is what Aztech delivered with supportive help along the way! Believe the positive advertisements for this company! They provide excellence! After sales has also been excellent so far! Prices were reasonable for our system including rebates and further discounts! Very highly recommended.

We were highly impressed with the professional installation of our new Aztech solar system, Tim and his team were outstanding. Now that we have had a chance to see the performance of the new system I can say it is phenomenal, delivering great results. Our sales guy James had detailed to us how it would operate and it is right on track. Already we can see that we are nearly self sufficient in our power needs, this system will be paid back within a couple of years, outstanding results. Could not be happier.

I was hesitant to get solar due to the upfront cost, but James was very knowledgeable and professional, and talked me through my bill and how much I could save. It's now been 2 and half years and I've almost paid off the system already (tracking through Solar Analytics)!
