Lachlan, and the team who installed our solar panel and battery system today, did an incredible job. They worked non stop from the moment they arrived until clean up and completion late afternoon. The team were courteous and happy to answer questions throughout the process. The end result is fantastic. I chose a local provider for this very reason; because I wanted a great customer experience, not just a cost effective solution. Aussie Wide Solar have provided me with both, and I'm so glad I decided to go with them. The entire team, including Cameron who initially provided the quote, to Renee and the team in the office, have been wonderful to deal with. A fantastic family business that I highly recommend.

These guys are so great to deal with, from sales to install and follow up I cannot fault a single one of their team. It is so good to find a company that are actually good, honest and helpful in an industry that has so many dishonest operators. The install was very clean and when the guys said they would be back to finish up some work that got blocked by cloud issues they were back exactly at the time they said were, they fixed the issue and were on the spot to get everything happening. A great company, I love that we were able to go with a small business rather than one of these huge companies who are just sucking up profits. Support local.

Aussie wide solar we're fantastic from start to finish. Warren Aussie Wide Solar came out to introduce himself on a very wet evening. He run through every little detail in regards to product and install. Aussie wide solar didn't chase me for a answer to continue with them. I decided to go with Aussie Wide Solar on to base's. 1 x Warren came out to run through everything Aussie wide solar offered as company and let me decide Wether to go with them. As for when I decided to choose Aussie Wide Solar from their on the service was unbelievable from the team in the office to team doing the install. Also I'd like to add the ladies in the office we're fantastic rachel/renee/Cheryl give yourself a tap on the shoulder brilliant work. The install team we're fantastic also turned up when they said there we're coming right on the dot on time. They were very polite and understanding. Describe every detail with install to finalised and up and running of their system they'd installed. I would recommend Aussie Wide Solar to anyone who decided to go with solar system installation. I also felt I could ask any questions without feeling foolish or trivial. Throughout the process, all the staff have been helpful,polite and professional to deal with.Office staff responded to queries quickly and were always pleasant. The crew installing the system were friendly,efficient and tidy,leaving no mess behind. From start to finish the process was easy and streamlined,even when I needed to postpone the job due to unforeseen circumstances on my end. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone who is thinking about installing solar power, particularly if they are unsure what they need or if their property has the right aspect for solar or the capacity for the number of panels etc.

I had a Sigenergy home battery installed by Aussie Wide Solar and I couldn’t be happier with the result. The team was professional, easy to deal with, and the install was done neatly and with real attention to detail. The price was very reasonable definitely good value for the level of quality and care they put into the job. It’s clear they don’t cut corners, and you can tell they take pride in their work. The installers were also great at answering any questions I had on the day their product knowledge was spot on, and they explained everything clearly. If you’re after a solid install and a team that knows what they’re doing, I’d highly recommend them.
