Small team, no hiding. Everyone ships. Everyone talks to users. Everyone reads the data.

People who ship fast and ship often.
Real in front of someone today beats perfect by Friday. The product has been getting better every week for two years. We want that to keep being true.

People with a high bar for craft.
Design, product, and engineering aren't separate disciplines here. Most software for tradies and homeowners is ugly and clunky. We don't want to add to that.

People building things Australians actually use.
Not enterprise software no one sees. The thing your parents, your sister, the bloke down the road open without being told to.

People who think the home deserves more.
It's the biggest thing most Australians own and the worst-served part of their lives digitally. That's a frontier worth working on.
Where we're at right now
We're heads-down on the next chunk of the product and not running open roles at the moment.
