SureQuote Pty Ltd ("we", "us", or "our") operates a platform that helps homeowners connect with local tradespeople for painting and renovation jobs. By using our website or services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SureQuote, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the platform.

These terms apply to both:

• Homeowners submitting job requests
• Tradespeople (tradies) receiving and responding to leads

2. What We Do

SureQuote is a lead generation service. We:

• Help homeowners describe their job
• Provide an instant, estimated price range
• Match jobs with local, vetted tradespeople

We’re not a contractor, builder, or agency. We do not perform the services listed on the platform and we are not a party to any agreement between a homeowner and a tradesperson.

3. No Guarantees

We promise to:

• Share your job with at least three local tradespeople, when available
• Ensure only verified and interested tradies receive it
• Continue sourcing until the job is picked up, where possible

However, we cannot guarantee:

• That a tradesperson will accept your job
• That you will receive a quote or be contacted
• That the job will proceed or be completed to your satisfaction

All quotes are provided directly by the tradespeople. SureQuote does not verify pricing or guarantee job outcomes.

4. User Responsibilities

Homeowners agree to:

• Provide accurate job descriptions
• Use the platform for genuine service inquiries
• Communicate respectfully with tradies

Tradespeople agree to:

• Hold valid ABNs, licenses, and insurance (where required)
• Only accept leads they intend to follow up on
• Treat homeowners professionally and honestly

5. Fees & Payments

SureQuote is free for homeowners.

Tradespeople purchase prepaid credits to access leads. There are no commissions or long-term contracts.

Refunds are only available under the terms of our Win Protection policy or where required by law.

6. Use of the Platform

You agree not to:

• Scrape, copy, or redistribute our content or user data
• Post false, misleading, or offensive content
• Use the platform for illegal or harmful purposes

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any misuse.

7. Limitation of Liability

SureQuote is not responsible for:

• The quality, timing, safety, or legality of any services provided
• The accuracy of quotes or work completed
• Any damages, disputes, or losses resulting from your use of the platform

You agree to use SureQuote at your own risk.

8. Disputes Between Users

We are not a party to any agreement between homeowner and tradie. All service arrangements, payments, and disputes must be handled directly between the parties. SureQuote may choose to assist at its discretion but has no obligation to mediate or resolve issues.

9. Platform Changes

We may update, modify, or suspend parts of the platform at any time without notice. These Terms may also change; the latest version will always be available on our site.

10. Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how your data is collected, stored, and used.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
