Firstly I’d like to thank all the team at Apollo Energy Solutions for the fantastic job they have done from start to finish in regard to the installation in early December 2025 of my Sigenergy Inverter/Battery, Gateway, and Smartport which they AC coupled to my original SolarEdge inverter & PV array. My first interaction with Apollo was with Tom Turner, the very knowledgeable sales manager, who came to do the site inspection and discuss my options. What he didn’t know at the appointment, he followed up on and called me with the answers later that same day. After accepting their detailed quote (in preference to two other comparable quotes, one of which was from my previous solar panel installer), an install date was set. With an unexpected Sigenergy inverter recall announced, I contacted Apollo to see if this would delay my installation and was assured that no, they should have the new model inverter in stock and all would still go ahead on schedule. Jake from the office rang again later that day to reconfirm they had the new inverter and all would go ahead as planned. On the day of installation, Hayden and Luke arrived on time and quickly and efficiently went to work. They were patient with my questions and did a first class job leaving everything neat and tidy. Hayden explained the workings of the Battery and Gateway, the emergency shut down procedures, demonstrated that the backup was working, and showed me the basic functions of the MySigen App before they left. A week or so later I had some more App set up questions and rang the installation manager, Tom Schultz who spent a generous amount of time going through everything with me. Tom also recently came back to the house when a red light appeared on the old previously installed SolarEdge inverter and he was able to do some firmware updates and reconfiguration to sort out the problem quickly and easily. Luckily this small problem had had no effect on the Sigenergy system, which has been working flawlessly since installation. So after such a positive experience I would recommend Apollo Energy Solutions without hesitation. With their product knowledge, excellent communication, safe, efficient and skilled workmanship, competitive pricing and helpful after sales support they would have to be one of the best Solar energy companies in the business.

Great solar panel and battery install today by Forbes and his team (Luke, Max and Sam). Brutal temperatures (35degC and much higher up on the roof) Work was completed safely and efficiently - even when presented with some existing equipment challenges - which they sorted out in their stride. (I have an electrical, quality and WHS background and work in large scale renewable power construction across Victoria, NSW and Queensland - this crew were ‘proper good’)

I helped my ageing father investigate solar panel and batteries for the house. SolarQuotes generated 3 quotes of which Apollo were easily the most responsive. We met with Lewis who was very easy to talk to and work with, not pushy but explained the benefits in an easy to understand way. Kim from the office kept us in the loop as the order was being prepared and was always able to answer questions. Finally, Hayden and his team turned up on the day and worked steadily to get the panels and battery installed - they were excellent. He also showed us around what he'd installed and talked us through the app. Everyone we've met from Apollo has been professional and helpful. I would highly recommend Apollo Energy Solutions. After obtaining eight different solar quotes, they were the only company that actually assessed our property and designed a system tailored to our specific needs, rather than offering a generic solution. They were extremely transparent throughout the process, and Lewis took the time to explain everything clearly and in detail, which gave us a lot of confidence. The installation itself was seamless.
