Patrick was fantastic with working through the proposal, looking at our consumption and explaining the benefits of optimising the system both with panels and battery storage. Brodie and the team of installers were excellent - and ensured we were comfortable with the battery location and panel positioning. They arrived at 7.45 and were complete early afternoon - you would not have known the team were at our house. It was left in pristine condition and the install was terrific with a small conjute running up from the battery to the panels and connecting to the meter box. Brodie ensured the system was connected to our wifi and took us through the App to monitor usage and make choices ( if necessary) moving forward. Thanks to the Solana team - outstanding. Cameron

Justin and his team of solar ninjas absolutely nailed our battery and PV install. Our house and roof made for a bit of a nightmare site with logistics but they were all class. Harding working with attention detail, no problem too big or too small. Would recommend to anyone looking to wage war on their energy bill or support the clean energy revolution.

Don't you hate those Solar door sales people? I DO... and I'm even more critical having being in the sales and marketing industry for decades. I've met loads of solar companies, and usually the sales person tells me things I know arent true, they cant answer my detailed questions and then the price have always put me off.. this time i selected Solana through a third party recommended website. Patrick came to our house in One Mile, NSW, we had a great interesting chat, he was very knowledgeable, not pushy and he didnt over sell (even though I purchased over 50 solar panels in the end!), he talked through the advantages and disadvantages of a battery and my instincts told me he was a person you could trust and someone who wouldn't work for one of those 'dodgy' firms. Surprisingly for me I booked in the work immediately and was told it would be installed in 2-3 weeks (just before Christmas) which was certainly sooner than i imagined. The team who came around were brilliant, I know both my neighbors had loads of trouble with installers on the other companies they used (damaging roof, not laying out the panels how they wanted and the messy wiring down the side of the house!). However all the Solana guys were local, very friendly and professional, and went out of their way to make sure we had it how we wanted. They also seriously worked their butts off! and we're here for almost 12 hours leaving around 7pm. I would highly recommend Solana Energy, the team were awesome and the panels, inverter, wifi reporting etc have been better than expected. I'm a bit of an over researcher when looking for companies such as this and it really paid off here. I wouldn't recommend anyone else. Thanks guys. Harlan PS - I know some may not like the two panels in the middle of the pitch, however we requested this as we don't view the back of the house, nor does anyone else, however the side of the house / side of the pitch is visible from the pool hence why we didnt want it there etc.

Solana are great to deal with. Techs that came to site were professional, fast and neat on install and cleaned up and left the site spotless. Sales team were good to deal with, straight up and no spin which was refreshing.

Thank you Solana for streamlining the process from beginning to end. We had thought about solar many times. Until Solana, no one answered all our questions nor provided solutions which gave us the comfort of committing to solar. Solana were professional, provided us with factual information and a product that we are very happy with and proud to own. We recommend Solana to anyone looking for quality solar panels at affordable prices and professional workmanship.
