Jason and his team were very professional in the dismantling of our old system and the installation of our new lithium system. Jason uses only the very best products and the new technology is working perfectly. We have not had to use our backup generator since the new installation. We have plenty of power to run the house and workshop running 3 fridges and 2 freezers kettle microwave and a 7kw reverse cycle split system air conditioner. it’s a good thing to go overboard with the system rather than being borderline with it. Excellent & exceedingly helpful & friendly initial sales experience. An unfortunate mistake made for a painful challenge during installation. However, I was satisfied with the response in resolving that issue. I couldn't be happier with the installation team who were extremely skilled & knowledgeable, worked extremely hard to complete what was a complex & challenging job with the allotted time & were professional & friendly throughout. The system itself is excellent, & I am extremely happy with it, with perhaps some minor functional limitations around notifications within the app offering opportunities for improvement - although this is provided by the manufacturer. Value for money was exceptional.

Jason, Mark, Mason and the team provided a competitive quote for our large residential Solar + Battery install and answered all my questions in long discussions over the phone. Mark sought to understand exactly what we wanted out of the system (100% battery backup with full off grid capability, because of our frequent power outages; and we wanted it oversized for potential future increased requirements) and offered multiple options that would achieve our goals. 22kw (47 x 475w) panels installed, 40kw Sigenergy battery with 15kw inverter. Was lucky to get it all done very quickly given the current state of the industry with battery rebates changing in May. I submitted the quote request online on 8/1, Mark called on the 12th, engineer visited 20th, install completed 28-29th. Since the battery and gateway hardware would be visible on the side of the house, aesthetics were important to us; the installers were very careful to hide all the cables out of site in the wall cavity; there is no conduit visible anywhere. The roof is large but dotted with flues and skylights, so the guys took care to liaise with me about where to put all the panels. Very neat with only a few places where conduit needed to span gaps. Since the day of install we have not imported any power, and have had a few power outages that we would not have noticed except that the app notified me. Thanks very much!

The sales, quoting and installation team were fantastic and worked extremely well together to deliver a solar solution that I am very happy with. The Installer (Tyson) ran through the installation with me at the outset and provided a clear and thorough explanation of the system, including a demonstration of how to monitor it via the app, which I really appreciated. The installation was completed within the specified time window, all of the old equipment was removed, and the team cleaned up thoroughly once the job was finished. Their professionalism and attention to detail were excellent throughout the process. I certainly recommend OffGrid to others that are looking to replace an old system (like me) or require a brand-new modern solution.

Excellent communication and understanding of solar technology. Can match your technical understanding and cater the best solution for you requirements. Reached out to about 20 solar installers for a battery install, responses varied from no response, "that's impossible", "I've never heard of an AC coupled battery", "we will have to replace all your solar panels and charge you $40,000 extra", "paperworks being processed for 6 months". Offgrid were able to do the paper work in 1 or 2 days and the install was done in a matter of hours at half the price that I was estimated by a company who had no idea what they were doing.

We recently had our system upgraded and are very happy with the final result. Mark was excellent in providing quotes, discussing options, and working out what was viable for our needs. He was prompt and responsive to all my questions. Josh and the team carried out an excellent installation, and we are very pleased with the outcome. I must also mention Jason, who runs a very neat and well-presented company. Visiting their warehouse and chatting with Jason was impressive—the pride and attention to detail in their operations really stood out. All the equipment they use is high quality.
