I've had several installs done before, by several companies, one of which the largest supplier of solar products in Australia, the other, the largest retail solar company in company in Australia. Both were good and did fine jobs, neither system had any issues in the years I had them. But Next Step Solar...these guys are hands down the best. The crew were professional, polite, and did an excellent job. Minimal fuss, straight into and I barely knew they were there. elEven went so far as to clean up some of my garage for me. Tall house? No problem. Old tiles? Non issue. On time? You bet. Initially thought it would be an issue for me if they came by during the week if I was working from home - because of the break in power potentially being for an extended period of time. These guys were so good at what they do, power wasn't even off for 15 minutes. Barely enough time to finish a cup of coffee.... If you are comparing quotes, thinking of solar and batteries and have questions - give Mitch and the team a call, and let them show you what real advice and excellent old school service feels like. No sales crap, no bs, just honest advice and genuine service. The system has only been online since 2pm and I've already stopped pulling anything from the grid.
