Captain Green Solar

We recently had a 42kwh battery added to our existing 10kw solar panels by Captain Green Solar. We found that navigating the many suppliers and sorting through the honest prices and information and the misleading advertised prices and information from various suppliers and trying to sort out which was which was really difficult! I enquired to Captain Green Solar and dealt with “Evie”, I found her to be really helpful, she answered all my questions completely, even a couple of curly questions I had where she had to seek clarification from her team, this was really appreciated as she went out of her way to honestly answer my queries and not just “make up” the answers. The work was carried out promptly to a good, neat standard. The system has been in for around 6 weeks, and although we have not yet seen a bill, the charging, battery capacity and power usage are clear to monitor on the easy to use app. Really happy, seems like, depending on the solar activity, we are going to enjoy very small power bills from here on.

Recently Had 2 new 30kw battery systems installed to add-on to my existing Solar setups. Had a couple of issues with Firmware and charging, so far the communication has been quote good between the electricians and Captain Green tech support team. Jason has been great and very quick to respond.

I had 2 solar power systems installed by Captain Green Solar about a year ago. Recently I had issues with the inverters for both the systems. Nathan from their support team provided excellent service and got both the inverters working again. During my interaction with him, I have been impressed with his communication and technical skills. He has more than compensated for a couple of bad experiences I had with CG in the past. He has restored my confidence in CG with his service. Well done, Nathan.

I initially had solar panels installed by Captain Green Solar in 2019 . The reason that I went with them was the incredible price they quoted for the installation , much more competitive than all the other companies . This installation went through without any problems at all . When it came to batteries when the government subsidy came through , I obtained 4 Quotes again and Captain Green Solar was by far the best . Initially the company had some staff problems and then Stan took control and my batteries were installed professionally without a hitch . I cannot recommend them enough , excellent price and installation .

Usually, I don't give reviews but after such a great experience, I had to give Captain Green Solar a wrap. From the get go, John was very helpful and knew all the answers to my questions. I had a couple of other quotes, but John did a great deal for me and I signed on the dotted line. If I ever needed any help or guidance, John was more than happy to help and steer me in the right direction. Installers were also amazing. They did such a great job and cleaned up after themselves which was fantastic. I'm hoping to install a battery down the track and I know that I won't be contacting anyone else but John and his team at Captain Green Solar.
