I initially dealt with another company in NSW, and the whole process took months just to get approvals. Even after finally receiving an installation date, the delays were frustrating. Then I found Total Solar, they not only beat the price but completed everything within a week. That level of efficiency really impressed me. The installers were extremely professional, and Kelvin and Piyush handled everything brilliantly. They were very helpful throughout the entire process and made everything smooth and stress free. I’m usually very particular and expect everything to be perfect, but I genuinely couldn’t fault the service. We went with a 13.2 kW system and a 42 kWh battery, and we’re very happy with the outcome. I can’t thank the team enough and highly, highly recommend them.

Provided multiple quotes to suit the options I asked for, as well as alternative options they recommended. Total Solar provided roughly 10.34kw of Jinko 470W N type panels, a Sungrow hyrbrid inverter and 16kwh of Sungrow batteries. Their team removed the old solar system and fitted this new system over 2 days. The staff were friendly, and the work was carried out professionally. Excluding the use of our ducted aircon, we now make it through most days with a $1-2 credit from Synergy. Now, in the middle of summer, with the air-conditioner running, we have received our first summer bill of $55.48 for November 15th-December 15th. I highly recommend. Note: This review has been written after using the installed solar system for 4 months.
