Quote and booking for install went well. Had issues with location of inverter and panels on install day, which could have been avoided with the site visit we requested. Room for improvement with communication between sales and installers. Thankfully, we could fabricate onsite and had to do some rush modifications for the install to go ahead. Tom and the install team did a fantastic job! Polite and very helpful in explaining system. Left the area tidy. System shut down after extended power outage and was unable to get any assistance from service department. Receptionist talked me through start up, but now have a booking for site visit with fault. This is 5 weeks after issue. Would be great if you could actually get to speak to a service advisor when issues arise. Appreciate they must be inundated with installs, but after sales service could definitely be improved. Would have given 5 stars if site visit for install and after sales service were as efficient as install. Loving the Elekeeper app to check on solar generation and electricity usage. Can’t wait to get my next electricity account to check on savings!

The consultant I had Glen, was amazing to deal with. He was able to inform me so much Knowledge about the range of solar products suitable for my house upgrade with battery. Even answered questions outside of working hours! What a legend!! Fast forward a couple of weeks. I was met with Cory, Conor and Joshua. These guys are the true MVP. 40° day and these boys roll up on time and start smashing out the removal of the old solar system and installing the new system, they kept me informed throughout the day of when power was going on/off. Along with doing the testing making system was 100% operation after installation. Afterwards they cleaned up and didn’t leave a single scrap behind in the garage! Such an effective and friendly team, PSF - you should be really proud of your squad, they also worked really well together! They are a friendly bunch of lads that were happy to answer and question I had! I would highly recommend them for a professional and clean setup!

Just want to send a big shout out to Shaun and Dylan on the Solar and Battery install at our family home. They wealth of knowledge and workmanship was exceptional. If any changes were required it was consultation first which I applaud them for. Thanks guys awesome work.

Tuong and his guys came this morning and installed my new solar battery… wow, they were punctual, polite, and explained everything that was going to happen. The installation was swift and the battery looks great. I was shown how to use the app and monitor energy which was easy to understand. The lads cleaned up and left the place spotless… great job!! 10 out of 10.. highly recommended 😊

Fast and excellent installation by Perth Solar Force today. Three very polite young men arrived promptly at 7am and battery and extra panels installed by 12.30pm . Very neat and professional job. Explained everything very clearly and I love the new app better than watching TV. Would definitely recommend to everyone. Well done lads :)
