Great experience with eSolar replacing our old system. Silvio was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with, and gave us clear options so we could choose what suited our home best. The installation was completed to a very high standard, and Fabian even removed broken roof tiles left by the previous installer. Highly recommend eSolar.

Great experience with e-Solar! Silvio, Addy and Christy are fantastic to deal with. I was obtaining quotes for battery install to my existing solar system (taking advantage of rebates) and Silvio was very friendly and happy to share his knowledge and experience in giving advice for my setup. I chose to go with e-Solar because they have a long +22 year family owned business with competitive pricing. I looked at all types of systems from Fronius, Tesla, Anker, Sigenergy, Sungrow, GoodWe and Growatt. I decided to go with a Growatt because they were by far the best priced with good warranty and quality of their latest offerings are just as good as other supposedly 'better' premium brands. The installed went well and so far everything has been working seamlessly. For reference I went with a Growatt MOD 5000TL3 Hybrid Inverter, APX HV 20kWh batteries with backup box (blackout protection). I'll keep this review updated in case anything goes wrong with the system over the years.

Silvio and the team provided a fantastic service. Communication was efficient, they came out to check my system and then back to fit the new inverter within a few days, first contact to problem solved in less than a week. Much quicker than other companies had quoted, and very reasonable prices for such great customer service. No hidden charges or extra fees, a great company to deal with.

10/10 excellent process from beginning to end and here is my list for why: 1) Honest business - I really appreciated Silvio's upfrontedness and transparency on the whole process and costs involved. Silvio knew exactly what system would fit the sweet spot for my energy requirements at home. The entire process was free of pressure, and I never felt hassled for a sale. Every question I had was answered in detail and the whole process was super easy to deal with. Dealing with someone who has been in the business for more than 20 years is hard to come by and he was great. 2) Installation was easy breezy - Christy made the process so smooth for installation and the workers were professional, communicative and flexible with where I wanted the inverter placed on my home. The design process was smooth as well and communication was excellent from Christy. At no point did I feel any pressure at all and when all was said and done, the craftsmanship was excellent. Additionally, the workers left a clean environment after finishing, which was a nice touch. 3) Customer Service is amazing - Christy and Silvio have always gotten back to me regarding my questions within a day, and I have no doubt will continue to be extremely receptive moving forward if any issues arise. 4) Trust and warranty - It's not common these days you can find a company you can trust like back in the day, but E-Solar truly fits the bill. Good customer service, a great business owner, easy installation, and a hassle free buying process. A fantastic warranty also wraps it all up nicely. And finally... 5) ZERO Energy bills since installation which is the best part. In short, sweet, easy, professional and worth EVERY penny! I couldn't recommend E-Solar enough to my friends and family, and I am now adding to the overwhelmingly positive reviews on google.

We had a panel smashed, presumably by hail, but the panels were more than 12 years old and out of production. Silvio found a replacement but after considering the age of the panels, we opted to have the whole string of 7 panels replaced. Silvio and his partner were out and replaced them all within the week. While they were here, I asked Silvio to check the second string (on a different facing part of the roof). As suspected, the output was very low. Silvio had enough panels on board with him and was able to replace the extra 5 panels for me on the same day with no fuss and our system is now back to full capacity. Absolutely would recommend them to anyone needing solar services.
