This was an unobtrusive install. We were not inconvenienced at all. The guys were efficient, polite and friendly. Sam explained everything clearly and we felt like we were being looked after. I would be happy to recommend this crew to anybody. Our first contact was with Chris McKay who was just terrific. He was so easy to talk and listen to. We were impressed with how long he stayed with us to make sure we understood everything. It was a pleasure having him in our home. Thanks Chris. Heather was a great support before, during and after the install. Our previous electricity bill was nearly $400, this bill $71. We are glad we went with Off the Grid

Chris was great at working with us to come up with a plan best suited to both our home and budget. He always answered our calls and questions and supported us throughout the process. The installation process was stress free. Even though one of our panels was damaged through transit the issue was handled in a professional and timely manner with the replacement being installed as soon as possible. My only regret was not considering the access we needed to clean the gutters on our weird roof but for a little bit of hassle a few days a year versus what we are saving on our power bill, there is no contest.

We are very pleased with the service and lots of patience with us. To everyone involved with the business including the office staff , installers and Zac who was very patient with us We are very happy with the whole business. Now waiting for first power bill. They all answered when there was any inquiries from us, didn't matter how big or small. Thanks to all involved from start to finish.
