Surge It Solar and Electrical

I recently had the boys from Surge It come and install a new battery system at my property. I enquired with another company also, but the extensive knowledge from Nick and his team exceeded the other by a tremendous amount. From the day Nick came and quoted the job to the final touches by his team, the service was outstanding. Any question I had, they had the answer to it and more. The boys thoroughly cleaned up after themselves also. Not one but if stripped cable was left behind. I cannot recommend these guys more as they were amazing to deal with!

Sales process was prompt and did not push whatsoever for battery install, in addition they were also the lowest quote I received. Install happened within 1 week of signing the contract and paying the deposit. The day of the install the team rocked up on time and in half a day the system was setup, leaving all areas in a tidy state. Kyle was amazing at explaining everything: what to do if inverter had an issue, how to setup the hot water time and how to use the Sungrow app. Unfortunately the wire for an air-conditioning unit was not re-connected to the switchboard hence was not working but the day after the installation I called the office and the owner, Nick, promptly organised for someone to come to my property that afternoon to rectify this, while being very apologetic of the inconvenience. Totally understand one small error can occur but I was really impressed with the support and the prompt rectification
