Arise Solar provided some solar panels 3 years ago and I was happy with them, so I consulted with them to provide a replacement battery. They were very competitive for price and they were able to supply and install a Fox ESS battery within two weeks . There was a minor problem with the deinstallation of an existing battery I had sold but Arise arranged for this to be fixed within a couple of days. After sales service was excellent. The battery has performed better than I hoped, and I am now 99.9% independent of the grid. I can recommend Arise Solar as an honest and reliable company to deal with.

I have had around 15 Solar Suppliers chasing me for my Business in supplying my New Solar System, and I finally settled with Arise Solar. What a wonderful experience I had, not only from the initial Quotation but through to the final Instillation. All the staff were well informed and offered me the Best Service possible, I have no issues in recommending Arise Solar to any prospective Customers.

Ordering the product was fairly straightforward. However, Josh, the salesperson, initially advised that the blackout protection was not covered by any warranty and was generally not supplied by Arise. This created some confusion at the time. That changed when Brad arrived to install the system. After thoroughly assessing the existing setup, he explained everything clearly and in detail. The installation was carried out flawlessly, with impressive attention to detail. Brad rewired approximately 80% of my switchboard, replacing many older components to ensure the system was properly integrated. He also spent an additional three hours updating the system, troubleshooting app issues, and carefully walking me through all functions and settings. Brad went above and beyond. He even updated the app remotely later that evening to improve the refresh rate and continued monitoring and adjusting settings until everything worked exactly as intended. I can’t praise him enough — truly superb customer service. 5 stars to Arise for a great product and flawless installation service.

Arise Solar recently installed a 28KW battery system for my existing 5KW solar plant, and I’m very pleased with the overall experience. The installer Jihad and his team were extremely professional, friendly, and communicated clearly throughout the installation. Their workmanship was excellent, and they left the place spotless after completing the job. After installation, I noticed that the data wasn’t displaying correctly on the mobile app. I contacted Austin from Arise Solar, who promptly escalated the issue to the support team. Ethan Smith from support coordinated with the installer, upgraded the inverter firmware, and resolved the problem efficiently. The responsiveness and professionalism of the installation and support teams were truly exceptional. However, I had an issue with the sales team communication. At the time of quoting, I had clearly informed the salesperson that the battery would need to be installed about 6 meters away from the meter, and he confirmed that the quote included the extra cabling required. Unfortunately, this wasn’t communicated to the installation team. After the work was done, I was asked to pay an additional $450 for the extra cable, and the salesperson did not acknowledge our earlier discussion. Thankfully, I had email proof of the agreement. Because of this sales communication issue, I’m deducting one star. My suggestion to future customers: make sure every detail you discuss is clearly mentioned in your written quote to avoid misunderstandings later. Overall, despite the hiccup with sales, I’m very happy with the installation quality, support response, and final outcome of the system.

Seamless ordering process and installation at our home in lower north shore. had missed adding blackout backup option which was provisioned quickly by Benjamin @Arise Solar while the installers were onsite. He has been very helpful all through. overall very happy with the outcome and i can see significant savings with this addition to our daily lives.
