A great experience from initial contact with Scott, through multiple quote changes, install and post support. Jacob the installer did a nice job, very neat and tidy work. System has been up and running for a month now. I enjoy monitoring the production daily through the Sungrow app which the guys helped me setup. Thanks!

Very happy customer here. From quote to installation in just a few weeks. Scott was patient in explaining everything to a non solar expert and kept in touch leading up to installation. After install he guided me through the connection process. Once connected he made sure the system was operating as it should and made sure my warranty had come through. Also thanks to the installation guys who arrived on time and were polite and professional.

Great experience dealing with Scott and the installation team. Extremely friendly and very knowledgeable in regards to the products the company were offering and installing. I eventually went with a 6.61kw Fronius/Longi package and I'm ecstatic with the system and reasonable price. The whole experience from the first phone call to Scott right through to the product demonstration after installation was of high standard. My expectations of customer service was surpassed. I certainly wouldn't have any qualms recommending the team at Solar Power Panels.

After many months looking to purchase a solar system I finally found Solar Power Panels. - Scott was responsive and honest with my questions, the quote was laid out professionally and detailed as per our discussions contrary to what I was receiving from others. The whole process from start to finish was a pleasure, good communications and one that now sees me with no regrets - turn around time from initial phone call to installation was incredibly quick. The installation team were great placing and had the system up and operational within a 1/2 day including the App on my phone. Even looking forward to my first bill :) I would highly recommend Scott and the team to my family and friends and very happy with my decision to get solar. System = 19 Longi 350 watt panels, Sungrow SG5K-D Inverter.

Scott at Solar Power Panels was one of 10+ quotes I obtained for my system. He is professional, communicative and informative. A conversation with him was enough to make me feel confident that I've found the right person for the job. He was able to tailor a suitable system with the features I was looking for while offering it at a competitive price. He also seemed thoughtful in figuring out the right system for me, providing me with valuable industry insights to anticipate any issues, potential shortfalls and realistic expected performance of the system. The other reviews I read from previous customers only further solidified my decision to proceed with this company. The installers Jimmy, John and Jack were also punctual and friendly. Installation took approximately 5.5 hours and they gladly answered any questions I had on the day and ensured I was comfortable with how the system runs. I'd readily recommend Scott to any friends and family who are looking to install solar panels and batteries as I know they'll be in good hands.
