Solarhart have been fantastic to deal with, from the start, getting a quote to the final installation the staff have been so very easy to work with and obliging. The installation was done professionally and everything was left clean. A truly great experience dealing with the staff of Solarhart.

Salesman Luke was very informative explaining how solar worked. We were told it would take a few weeks to install but they were able to complete the job in a few days. The installers were very efficient in getting the job done. They were very patient with us explaining how it would all work, as being of the older generation we were a bit clueless. Overall a good experience.

This is my 4th Solahart system I have ever owned and it is a product that I would highly recommend to anyone. I have never had a problem with any of them. My previous system was over 16 years old and was still working, however was getting close to being replaced. The trades man did a great job installing the new system and left the site very clean and tidy. My only negative would be the lack of communication on keeping us updated on arrival time. We understand things can change very quickly, but a phone call would have been very much apricated to advise of the delay. Otherwise a very happy customer!

We had a great experience from start to finish. Kamal was wonderful explaining how everything would go and even got a plumber to come out to make sure that what we wanted would be able to be done. The contractors that installed our system were extremely professional and even cleaned up after themselves and took our old hot water system away. The electrician was amazing and helped us decide where to put our booster switch and made sure everything was right and fixed it in our fuse box. We rang the office and the staff there were very helpful. All in all a fantastic experience and we would recommend them to install everyone’s hot water system.

Solahart came on time. We’re very efficient installing my panel in less time than was originally quoted. Very polite and cleaned up at the finish of the job. This is my second time booking Solahart and have no hesitation in recommending them to do the job
