I got a house battery added to my previously installed solar system. The solar was installed by DMC around 2 years ago and has been working flawlessly since. Inga was very knowledgeable about the product when I first contacted them — far better than the other suppliers I spoke with, who told many untruths and distorted facts to make their quotes sound cheaper, only to hit you with extra costs at installation time. Inga was upfront about exactly what I did or didn’t need. Once I signed up, my case was handed over to Kelly, who arranged the installation very promptly. There were a couple of small glitches during the install, and the installers had to return to make adjustments, but Kelly was straight onto it. The installers who came back were very helpful and ended up doing a great job. I got a Growatt battery, and even communicating with Growatt directly when I had some questions was easy. I’m very happy with both the service and the final product — everything works exactly as Inga described, and there were no hidden costs like the dodgy ones who add charges once on-site. The only thing I’d suggest is that once everything is installed, keep an eye on your data through the phone app to ensure it’s performing at 100% capacity. They may need to come back and make a few tweaks (most of which can be done remotely with Growatt). Highly recommend them.
