Despite the supply chain challenges with Sigenergy equipment, I paid my deposit in August and had both the solar and battery fully installed before the end of September. The installation quality was excellent — very neat and tidy — and the installers were more than happy to answer my questions about how the system was set up and how to use the app. I’d absolutely recommend Queensland Solar & Lighting to anyone looking for a no-nonsense quote and a personalised, local service.

Excellent customer experience from start to finish. Throughout the process, Daniel and his team were always polite, genuine and most importantly professional. Our 10KW system was installed a couple of months ago and we have had no issues pre and post installation. I found their panels and inverter to be an excellent value proposition for my needs (do your own research). Also as others have mentioned, Daniel is very dedicated to his customers and makes himself accessible, taking the time to answer any questions you may have. 10kw solar system installed, Scott was very helpful with the decisions at the start when I was working out what I wanted. The price was about the same as anyone else by the service was great. The team turned up when they said they would and did a great job. Will be recommending them on to friends.
