Divbuild completed a substantial renovation on our early 1950s cottage including excavation for a new level underneath, build in of the new level, double garage, expansive deck and compete refurbishment of the existing areas. Bill was hugely helpful from the outset of the project, he understood our goals of achieving a beautiful but practical family home on a set budget. His design guidance enabled us to achieve an acceptable project budget as well as maintain the feel and enhance the best character features of the house. During construction, Bill and his team were also helpful with advice on fixtures, finishes and equipment selections. The construction phase was a lot of fun, which I don't think many home owners who undertake a major renovation can say. We were continually impressed at the quality of the workmanship of Bill's team and the high standard of subcontractors Divbuild engaged. Our home was completed on time and to budget without surprise variations or delays. We continue to enjoy our beautiful home. Thanks Bill

We engaged Divbuild for a significant architectural renovation of our older home. Bill is honest, reliable and incredibly hardworking. His crew of builders are experienced and skilled, as well as the sub trades he chooses to employ. With older homes, challenges present themselves, but we were never kept in the dark, and Bill made the process seem stress free, and presented solutions to every problem. The quality of workmanship and finishes were excellent. Bill also helped us out last minute in an emergency sewerage situation. I can’t recommend Divbuild highly enough. Andy the site dog is also a very good boy.
