Both Chantal and Jason are responsive and detailed with their communication, and patiently covered off all the questions I had that come with a large scale renovation. Quoting and pricing is calculated realistically and explained thoroughly upfront. Chantal provides fantastic contemporary design suggestions, whilst Jason's pragmatic problem solving brings it all to life while navigating the unique scenarios that come with renovating older houses (in my case an old Queenslander). Whilst there are still little bits and bobs to follow up on, my project was delivered on time and I'd have no hesitation recommending Jase and Chantal to others.

Urban Scene Construction did a great job renovating our pool and backyard area. The job involved replacing an old 2 level retaining wall and steps, replacing the garden edging, and changing the layout and tiles surrounding the pool. The scope of the work was quite large involving demolition, excavation, a new concrete slab, tiling and 20 meters of glass pool fencing. We’re thrilled with the results - the pool looks contemporary and the yard more spacious. Jason pays tremendous attention to detail and delivered the project professionally, on budget and the work was completed ahead of time. Above all we appreciated the friendliness and “can do” attitude of all involved. Chantal, Urban Scene’s Communications and Operations Manager, did an excellent job of keeping us informed of all costs and any action or decisions required on our part. We were always sure of budget and progress details which was reassuring.
