The main selling point was the first consultation. No hard sell. No attempt to steer me toward preferred product. No attempt to sell me some else's vision. I ended up with precisely what I wanted. The pricing was a little more than some and a little less than others. Very consultative in the design process and even a few minor weeks on construction day. The patio is solid with an excellent finish. Well done all.

The whole Trueline team were amazing! David came to our place not once, but twice early on to ease any concerns and answer our questions. He was extremely helpful and had great knowledge of the products used by Trueline. Shane our project manager was also helpful in answering any further questions when he came to measure and check. He also answered my email regarding a question when materials were dropped off same day. Because of time delays we were expecting our patio in February and they ended up squeezing our job in time for Xmas much to our delight. Joha and Fred then came to site to build and were polite and efficient and took time to ensure everything was where we wanted. The whole experience was fantastic and I would recommend Trueline to anyone. Plus the patio looks amazing and now completes our backyard. Thank you Trueline!

Trueline have reinstated my faith in the industry! Such an easy process from design to completion. They listened and responded. I appreciated their advice and can do approach. I was kept informed and work completed promptly and exactly as promised. Love love love my new patio. I highly recommend true line if you’re considering doing an extension or patio on your home. I researched for sometime and found their product and ideas to be most suitable for my needs. They weren’t the cheapest they weren’t the most expensive but they were certainly the best. We are so happy with our outcome. Christian and Oscar installed and did a perfect job also. As a realestate agent we see a lot of variations. Definitely worth the investment and could not be happier. Five stars all the way!

Good job. Friendly behaviour. Helpful. I was supposed to clean or cut additional short cut branches of a tree which was on the way of the post. I bought a petrol run chainsaw to cut the tree but was not confident to run and did not have 2 stroke engine oil. Shane helped to make the chainsaw work using his 2 stroke engine oil. However though new but it was initially not doing its job. Christian volunteered to use his chainsaw and with his colleagues cut the whole tree. Also Christian helped to break a separate small concrete wall which was not a part of the job. I would recommend Truline to my friends for patio.

I recently had a patio extension on our existing small space. Trueline were fantastic to deal with. We appreciated the excellent service from everyone involved including the office staff, the installers and everyone involved.
