Andrew & his team of trades just completed a major upstairs renovation including 2 big bathrooms, new WIR + extensions to study & small bedroom & new doors on all BR’s. We are delighted with the final look & the quality of the work. We were able to add a few extra elements along the way which made sense once the work began for which we are grateful as they really pulled everything together. We feel very fortunate to have come across Bayside Boutique Construction as Andrew was able to bring our vision to life for a very reasonable price. No dramas, just great work for a great price. Andrew was fantastic to work with, very responsive, accommodating and practical. He did an excellent job building our back patio, master bedroom and ensuite addition. I’ve never done renovations before and I was apprehensive about the process. Now I’ve completed 2 projects with Andrew and Locky. Looking back I consider myself lucky to have found them. We had Bayside renovate our home recently and the results were truly phenomenal. nothing was too difficult for them and they were respectful of us still living in the rest of the house while they worked and did a great job. the final result looks like it belongs in a magazine and the renovations have truly turned our house into our dream home.

Andrew recently completed a garage conversion for us with bathroom and laundry Renovation. He is a tidy worker with decent subcontractors. Andrew understood the brief and offered professional input to improve the space. His prices were comparable to other quotes received but his was far more comprehensive. Will happily recommend.
