Big thanks to Milan from Grian Solar for installing my battery. He was extremely helpful, taking the time to explain everything clearly and walking me through all the details I needed to know. The installation was done beautifully and very professionally. There was a small issue with the battery (not his fault), but Milan resolved it immediately by coordinating with the company to upgrade the firmware. He continued to check in with me afterwards to make sure everything was working properly and to see if there was anything else he could help with. That level of after-sales service is truly fantastic. I’ve already recommended Milan to a few friends, and they were all very happy with his service as well. Quick progress. Milan helped me lots since the very beginning as i have no idea about solar panel installation and he makes it easy for me. Though there are some from Powercorp which takes forever to get my solar panel registered but Milan always available for me to contact to speed up the process. We are happy with our installation. Milan was very attentive to our preferences for the solar system we were looking for. So far, we’ve had the solar panels and battery for two months, and we haven’t encountered any issues other than some minor app issues. Milan and team did a great work for the installation of Fox battery at my home. Any installation and product related questions were answered promptly prior to the installation. On the install day, the team arrived on time. Install work was clean with the battery commissioned and tested in the end.
