NewGen Solar & Heat Pumps

Fantastic communication from Ben throughout the process of replacing our old gas hot water system. He ran us through the available options so we could make an informed decision and after selecting an option the team from NewGen had it swapped over with minimal downtime. Install was clean and professional. Would absolutely recommend. Before and after photos included.

So good- top advice from Ben, beautiful neat quality install, and just the most thoughtful installers on site. Had their electrician and plumber come back and fix some other stuff including install extra airconditioner and induction stove top - really professional jobs again. Unconditionally recommend. Would love to have them install solar and battery, but at the moment Ben tells me they have paused that side of the business because flat out with heat pumps.

Contacted NewGen Solar & Heat Pumps after researching all the options available to replace my ailing solar system that was no longer functioning as a solar system, just using gas. Decided on the Sanden Heat Pump and chose NewGen for the only reason they were close to my address. Very surprised however at the friendly and efficient service provided by Ben. In fact the crew from NewGen were able to install the new system earlier than expected. Despite the searing heat they were able to complete the installation and within a couple of hours I had very hot water. Therefore my five stars for prompt service and very professional fit out.

Sanden Heat Pump looks excellent. The team arrived on time and left everything clean and tidy. They were very professional. It’s great that the system is connected to our solar setup. It works very well and we are very happy with it.
