A very capable team of professionals. The whole process is very complex given the number of players involved, including the Vic Government body, but Sunrun made it very simple and clear. The installation went without a hitch on our heritage home.

All my dealings with Sunrun from initial quote to installation has been excellent. Had Solar Panels installed followed by a battery a year later and all went as planned and as promised at a good price. They went above and beyond and visited my premises twice for the battery install to ensure everything was suitable prior to providing a quote. Installers turned up on time for both jobs which were completed neatly.

Excellent service from Sunrun in installing my new Sigenergy battery and reinstating my old panels. Georgina was great arranging all the pricing and setting up the intallation. Harsh always kept me advised of any changes in installation. The team on the day were very professional, new exactly what they were doing and everything was completed without any issues.

Sunrun Solar did an excellent job in identifying that our Inverter needed to be replaced as it was not reading our 16 Solar Panels output. As it was still under Warranty, a replacement was done within a few days. Everything is now working perfectly again. Many thanks.

Amazing service by Sunrun Solar and their team. From start to finish it felt like they knew exactly what they are doing. No pushy sales tactics, honest opinion and reliable people to deal. Installation was carried by their vetted installers. Took 2 days to complete the job due to the nature of the work but it was just smooth as silk. Price was perfect as well. If you want the quality job and fair price this mob is on the money. There were few cheaper quotes but had no confidence, were selling just on price. I got three quotes and by far this guys quoted me the best price and for what I wanted. I didn’t go for them because of their pricing but also their reputation and other great reviews. Rahul was very helpful and knowledgeable on the products on offer. He was there from start to finish. Even the call back from Rahul at the end when everything was installed was pleasant. They were committed to have my system ready and made sure any issues where dwelt with promptly. Overall will definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to install Solar.
