From the first point of communication my experience has been excellent with my battery installation process. I really have to thank Xayah for being patient with me and answering all my questions. Thank you very much Xayah. Your customer service is excellent. Also I have to say that the guys doing the battery installation have done a great job and left the job site clean. A credit to you guys, job well done. Don't procrastinate like me, just call Infinity and they will look after you. I can highly recommend and I will use Infinity again in the future.

Got a 23kW VRF Midea multihead WiFi split system (It's a beast of a system) for 6 rooms to replace gas ducted system that was becoming too costly to run in winter. My contact Bobby was a pleasure to deal with, from organising quote, placing deposit and scheduling installation and following up on repairs. The guys that installed the system were very professional in agreeing to all the locations I wanted the head units and outdoor unit and worked hard and efficiently in getting it done in a day, I was very impressed - whilst they didn't speak English well, they used their phones to translate into English and we understood each other. Unfortunately they did have an accident in taking a misstep in roof and made a hole in the kitchen ceiling. I have to give extra credit to Bobby and the infinity green team for taking ownership of the damage and organising the repairs to the ceiling and getting this sorted within a 2 week timeframe - this is a good example of a business taking responsibility and they have earned my trust in recommending them to other people. Also, and most importantly, the air conditioning works really well and so nice to come home to on a hot humid day, looking forward to having my winter gas bills gone now its electric.

Great team! From paying the deposit to having everything installed only took a week. The installation itself was super quick — half a day and it was up and running the same day. The work was neat and professional. All the wiring and switches were run properly through conduits, which not only looks tidy but also feels much safer than what I’ve seen from other companies online. Customer service was also excellent. Even after hours, they were still easy to reach and always quick to respond. Overall, very efficient, professional, and reliable. Definitely recommend this team!

I purchased a 40kw ESS solar battery unit and inverter from Infinity Green/Infigreen in Feb 2026. Right from the start the service and quality was outstanding. All my questions were answered and helped me understand the benefits of solar plus battery (thank you Shara). Installation was quick and extremely professional (thank you Bruce). Batteries working amazingly we now pay $1 per day for electricity saving of more than $1,500 per year. Price was fantastic, put into Chat GPT and it will say their pricing is incredible. Highly recommend this company and have already referred many friends and family to them.
