Polygon were contracted to install solar panels, batteries and a heat pump hot water. The staff were very responsive and provided adequate updates on the installation. The system was effectively implemented on time and to specifications. Follow up support has been effective with a comprehensive manual. Minor issue on communication on instal dates/time and scheduling contractors which resulted in the difficulty of the owners being on site and minor issue on heat pump. Follow up action was effective. I recommed Polygon.

We used Polygon energy for our solar and battery system and couldn't have been more impressed. They were incredibly patient as we went through the process of getting quotes, discussing different brand options and took multiple phone calls to discuss any concerns we had. We had to ask them to install in multiple stages due to other works being done and they obliged, doing a great job and setting up a brilliant system for us. Highly recommend!

Bhavin designed the best system compared to other providers. This included upgrading the 3 phase which optimised everything. Great team of people. They delivered what I hoped for and the system has been running well. Very pleased and saved loads on electricity in first year.
