I needed an old gas wall furnace removed and a reverse cycle unit installed, and every part of the process went smoothly, from the removal of the heater and the plastering and repainting of the wall to the actual installation. I think there were 10 tradies altogether, everything happened when they said it would with a minimum of fuss, and I really liked and felt comfortable with everyone involved. The email communications were also clear and efficient - happy customer!

We recently used SolarHub to upgrade our solar array with additional panels & a battery. We chose SolarHub as they are a local firm with a very good reputation. The whole process from quote to installation was smooth and very professional and could not be faulted. The installation process was more complex than usual as we opted for a full backup system and are in an older house which necessitated a full switchboard upgrade as well, they also cleaned up after themselves with not even a piece of insulation left behind. The splicing of our existing panels into the new system turned out to be a bit problematic but SolarHub, being the professionals that they are, did the extra work to get the whole thing functioning without the slightest hesitation – they went above and beyond in our opinion. We fully recommend SolarHub for any solar work you may require as we do not think you will find another company with their level of professionalism.

Solar HWS installed and working as expected. Very low usage of electricity at this time of year - we look forward to seeing how this changes in the cooler months. Some general points - we went back and forth several times during the specification stage before settling on the Sanden 315l model. Mainly because the HWS location has relatively low eaves which didn't accommodate some of the other models. The dimensions of the 315l tank were originally significantly lower in height and thicker in circumference, so it was a surprise when this one arrived. Have there been recent changes in specs that haven't made it through to the brochure yet? Either way, it fits where it was meant to go and we are quite happy with the installation. When it was first set up the WiFi didn't work and we had another visit to get that happening. It's interesting that, compared with the sophistication of the rest of the HWS, the WiFi component is quite limited in its functionality. Perhaps future updates will add features, but at the moment it seems not well-integrated into the package it uses.

The staff was very friendly and professional from start to finish. The installers were the same. The solar panels and inverter are of high quality. The installation went smoothly and worked first time. The price was reasonable and the work was excellent. Very happy with the result. I would recommend SolarHub to anyone who wants to install solar panels on their roofs.

We have used SolarHub since March of 2017, for roof top solar, a heat pump, a battery and conversion from gas heating and evaporative cooling to air conditioning. All work has been very professional and they have a very cautious manner, listening to the client and then suggesting the best solution.

Solarhub were excellent at every step. Nik was very knowledgeable and was able to send Matthew out to my house for a quote. I was provided all the applicable forms which were processed very promptly. Nicole arranged installation in a short period of time and the installers and electrician were very punctual. A 10/10 experience that I highly recommend!
