Huglo Solar

This is my second time dealing with Huglo. Previously they installed my solar panels. This time, 12 months later, I got them to install a home battery storage system. I really can't fault their service. Their pre-sales service is quite exceptional. Their pre-sales staff are actual electricians and are very responsive to my questions. I was also very happy with the installation job. There was bit of a hiccup with getting the off-grid functionality working. This was not an issue with Huglo, but rather an issue on the battery company side of things. In my opinion Lee from Huglo went above and beyond to assist with resolving the issue.

From the initial contact right through installation, the team from Huglo were knowledgeable and professional. We were very happy with our dealings with Huglo. They could communicate to me and my wife in terms we easily understood. They clearly documented the job and refined as necessary to get our requirements exactly. On installation day, the team were easy to deal with and did a great job. They even took considerable care not to damage our garden in front of the switchboard. A great job. Thank you.

Tom, Tim and Leigh were enormously helpful and patient with arranging the quotes to suit the configuration we were looking for (we had 9 quotes on the go over several weeks). Never too busy to answer questions, even the weird left field ones. Installation went smooth; friendly, efficient and professional, system was working before they even finished, as evidenced by the app which I could download almost straight away. Slight issue with wiring for our hot water system but we messaged the after-hours number at 6.30am, had a tech out there at 10am to rectify the situation. Extremely professional and prompt, highly efficient team that works seamlessly together. Highly recommend whether you have a straightforward system or a challenging solution in mind.

We got Huglo to install our solar panels and replace our cooktop and water system earlier this year - and they were so fast and efficient. They were really wonderful to work with and made it all very easy!

We used Huglo Solar for our new 16 kW solar array, 24 kW battery & EV charger . They were very easy to deal with, very patient with our many questions and on time with all of our appointments, installation and commissioning. Has been in operation now for just under two weeks and seems to be working very well. We are yet to use the EV charger, as we are still waiting for our new vehicle. Given our current experiences with Huglo Solar, I would highly recommend them if you are looking at taking the Solar &/or Battery plunge.
