ECG recently installed our solar panels and battery system. The whole process from quote to installation was seamless with excellent communication at all levels. The install team were brilliant. We were provided with updates at various stages of the install and then they finished off by providing a comprehensive instructional briefing on commissioning. Apart from the new equipment, you wouldn't have known that anyone had been working on the place for a whole day. Everything that needed to be moved to accommodate the works was placed back from whence it came and the work areas left clean and tidy.

ECG installed a 48kWh Sigenergy battery stack in our garage, and we couldn't be happier with the result. They are extremely knowledgeable and professional, with a smooth quoting process and clear communication approaching the installation. I also appreciated the site visit prior to install, which meant there were no questions left hanging and they could just get to work on the day without any fuss. There was no issue with AC-coupling an existing Enphase solar system, either. The install itself took a full day and they're a well-oiled machine, with a punctual arrival, and the work areas were left clean. The work is extremely tidy, with well-routed electrics. Given the distance between the gateway and the battery stack, I'm also grateful with the attention to detail in things like over-sizing the cabling between the two to guarantee excellent performance. The low-profile white bollards used are also fantastic, which still leaves plenty of room for the car and we haven't had to adjust its parking position. The setup has been working flawlessly since install, and we haven't had to draw any power from the grid since - which has been a blessing over the hot summer. We've also been unaffected by several power outages in the area thanks to the full home backup and practically instant cutover to battery. Thanks for the great experience and product!

I got ECG Electrical to install my Sigenergy battery and automatic transfer switch. These guys are really good. They took exceptional care when installing, put the cabling in the wall cavity so it all looks nice and neat, took away the old conduit that a previous electrical company had put on the outside of the wall and they cleaned up after themselves. Then they gave me some brief but complete training (brief was all that was required) in the system use and followed up by sending me a manual. I am really happy with their workmanship. On top of that, they followed up to make sure that all was still working okay.

Installed sigenergy battery with gateway to existing solar panels. Actually the dearest quote of the 3 received but after speaking to the consultant I was confident the sigenergy system would provide all the benefits I was looking for including full house backup. The installation was professional and tidy, with the system installed and running by lunch time. The only criticism was the bolts holding the battery to the wall used too small a washer behind the bolt head. The sigenergy App works perfectly providing all the information I need. Appreciated the follow-up visit to ensure everything was working correctly.

ECG have installed solar panels for us twice now, and just recently a home battery. Excellent customer service provided throughout the process of my battery installation. My house was not an easy installation and the installation team put in a very long day to make sure that my system was properly installed and working efficiently. I also had ECG install solar panels on my roof last year and that job also was done quickly and efficiently. I would recommend ECG Electrical most highly to any other people considering installing solar panels and/or a battery
