They were supportive and understanding throughout the process and always proactive when needed like getting us the exemption due to lack of supply and then getting everything installed ahead of the deadline rush (towards the end of the year). Solar panels + Tesla Powerwalls + Heat pump We had Helios install a 12.75kW solar system, Tesla Powerwall 3 + Expansion pack batteries, and a heat pump at our home in Canberra, and the experience was thoroughly professional and completely stress-free.
