Helios Energy was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Aseem and his team went above and beyond to source a Fox ESS battery from interstate and have it installed before Christmas, all on very short notice. The team was extremely supportive and patient in answering all my pre-installation questions and promptly resolving a post-installation issue. The electrician who attended was very knowledgeable and completed a neat, high-quality installation. I’m very happy with the overall outcome and would highly recommend Helios Energy. Thank you to the entire Helios team!

We had a great experience installing the Fox ESS battery at our house. Helios Energy Solutions is a great company which will always provide the solution you need for your housing energy needs. They were supportive and understanding throughout the process and always proactive when needed like getting us the exemption due to lack of supply and then getting everything installed ahead of the deadline rush (towards the end of the year). The installation went pretty smooth as well with no concerns at all. Very reliable and 5 stars for the entire process and the company :)

Solar panels + Tesla Powerwalls + Heat pump We had Helios install a 12.75kW solar system, Tesla Powerwall 3 + Expansion pack batteries, and a heat pump at our home in Canberra, and the experience was thoroughly professional and completely stress-free. We had a fairly complex set of requirements, and the team — especially Kaushik — were incredibly accommodating. What really stood out was their excellent communication, friendliness, and problem-solving ability. Kaushik took the time to have multiple personal discussions with us to fully understand our needs and tailor the system accordingly, which gave us a lot of confidence in the final outcome. The installation itself was well organised, tidy, and caused minimal disruption, which we really appreciated. We’re very happy with the final system and would highly recommend Helios Energy Solutions to anyone looking for a friendly, knowledgeable team that can accommodate individual requirements. Thank you Kaushik and the team, for making the whole process so smooth and easy.

We recently got our solar and battery installed by Helios, and couldn’t be happier. The team explained the whole process clearly and helped us choose the right size system. The installation was neat, and they took care of all the paperwork and rebate applications, which made things super easy for us. They even followed up after the install to make sure everything was working fine. Great service and genuine people!
