Connor and the team from Sunboost did an excellent job installing our FoxEss battery and inverter, he even set up the wifi so that all we had to do was follow the instructions in his email and set up the account. They cleaned up the garage before they left and the job was extremely professional, our thanks again to Connor and his team.

Sunboost and their installer provided excellent communication during the project to install an EssFox EQ battery and inverter for an existing PV installation. The quotation stage was prompt and the installation followed soon after. The installer was very professional, arrived on time and completed a neat installation. We are happy with the product. We did incur additional costs on the day of installation which, had the seller investigated the proposed location of the battery in more depth, could have been avoided and allowed for in the quote. Overall we are happy.

Sunboost’s FoxESS battery solution design, pricing, customer service and installation quality has been an excellent experience. It has immediately helped us get our household energy for the summer A/C season with way less cost from the grid. It’s fun seeing the daily performance live in the App.

Recently upgraded to battery storage with Sunboost who fitted my original solar panels and invertor in 2020. Excellent service in 2020 and now, again, in 2026. Excellent communications with their office staff. Extremely helpful team who provided excellent service, advice and follow-up from, in particular, Adam and Ian in the office, and Bing, who installed the new Invertor, rewiring for the invertor and blackout back-up and the batteries, A special thank you to Heston, in Sydney, who personally got in touch to convey advice and information and quashed any concerns I had. It felt very special for his contact as it was he that I dealt with during the 2020 purchase of the panel installation. It was a surprise and very much appreciated.

Service was great, great price as well. One thing to be weary of is that an onsite inspection was not carried out by the installer beforehand, which resulted in the installer not having the items required to install my battery in my garage. I was able to relocate to another suitable position outside, however this would have resulted in a delayed installation has an alternate position not be suitable.
