So pleased we chose Solargain for the 3rd install. Quality system, super clean install, great sales staff, admin team and installers. After reviewing other quotes and researching their systems it was clear we would be up for ongoing issues. This has never been the case with Solargain.

Apart from a minor glitch on scheduling installation which was promptly managed, we received a very professional service. A representative visited us at home to discuss requirements and provide a quotation. Solargain handled all the grant applications. Installation was efficiently carried out and although it took longer than planned, the crew worked until it was completed. Our old solar water heater which was previously supplied by Solar Gain broke down after nearly 15 years of service. They replaced all the necessary ancillary components including the inlet valves to the system and left the site in a very clean state.
