Four Seasons Solar just recentky installed our battery system, and the experience has been extremely smooth and excellent! I had very bad experience with another solar company who took deposit for 5 months but eventually advised they had ran out of stock and were unable to make the commitment. Then I had contact with a different solar company who promised to install quickly however had no flexibility on design and pushed us to accept their unreasonable plan to install batteries underneath our north facing cloth lines. We almost lost all patience and comfidence until Raj reached out to us, who is so profesional, reliable and knowledgable and gave us incredibly amazing experience with Four Seasons instead. Four Seasons provide the lastest model of batterries yet very competitive price and shortest installation wait time. Raj is always responsive and reachable with all our querues and concerned explained satisfactorily, Kiran and Micky are very knowledgable and supportive to the best batterries installaton location without extra charge, Res and his installation team are so efficient and friendly that even the kids liked them and felt great of the job they did. The batterries installed work perfectly well and have cut to our electricity bill almost to nothing. Fox Ess system looks slim and elegant while the price is amazingly economic with the high system perfermance considered. Everthing was perfect except for the regret that I didn't know Four Seasons ealier so we could have installed our batterries and/or solar syetem a few months earlier and saved more! We are very happy with their service and have chosen Four Seasons to install a whole set of 13.2 kwh Jinko solar penals and 42.93kwh Fox Ess solar batterries for another property. Well done Four Seasons team and I have no hesitation to refer them to my friends or anyone who is looking for reliable solar suppliers with quality products, competitive price and excellent service!

Today I have my solar panels and battery( Fox battery 41.93KW ,10KW inverter and 6.6KW panels)installed. The team members did an excellent job. I will definitely recommend Four Seasons Solar to all my friends and relatives and this is the best decision I have made.

After several disappointing experiences with three other solar battery companies (all based in the Eastern States with more than 10 years ABN history), I was honestly quite cautious moving forward. In those cases, deposits were collected but installations were cancelled later for various reasons — installer unavailability, sudden additional charges for a 10kWh inverter due to 5kWh stock shortages, etc. I first came across 4Seasons Solar through Facebook Marketplace. Their pricing was very competitive. At that time, the Fox ESS EQ4800 wasn’t listed under Synergy’s Virtual Power Plant yet, so I was advised to wait until Christmas 2025 for further developments. Given their relatively short ABN history, I was understandably sceptical. To mitigate risks, I did my homework: • Fox ESS is an established brand with headquarters in Victoria. I felt reassured knowing I could approach the manufacturer directly if needed. • I personally visited 4Seasons’ warehouse in Wangara and met the owners, Mitul and Kiran. The warehouse was organised and professional. I learned they previously operated as a solar/battery wholesaler, which gave me confidence in their technical knowledge. • I came across an old bankruptcy article online, but it also mentioned that the company had since undergone a management change and is now operating as a new entity. • I paid only a small $200 deposit via credit card (for protection) and paid the balance just before installation, also by credit card. In the end, I decided to proceed. Throughout the sales process, Raj was professional, patient, and addressed all my concerns thoroughly. There were a few hiccups along the way (not related to 4Seasons), and they assisted me in resolving them smoothly. On installation day, everything went well. The installation team was tidy and removed all rubbish — they didn’t even use my bin. Post-installation, both Kiran and Raj were responsive and helpful when I called with follow-up questions. While 4Seasons may not have a long ABN history, their passion for customer service truly stands out. I’m surprised they don’t have more Google reviews. From my experience, I am a very satisfied customer.
