The installation was professional, tidy, and the team took real care to make sure everything was done properly. There were no pressure tactics, no rushed decisions — just clear information and time to think things through, which we really appreciated. We were not overcharged and have received excellent value for money. The removed my old panels as well and arranged for them to be picked up. The day after installation, they picked up a small issue during their own post‑installation checks (a loose screw) and contacted us straight away. They came out promptly to fix it, which really showed their attention to detail and commitment to quality. We also had an issue with incorrect load readings in the app, and again the support was outstanding. Andrew responds to emails quickly, and when it became clear the issue needed an on‑site check, he came out on a Sunday to resolve it. He diagnosed the CT clamp issue immediately, fixed it on the spot, and then walked us through the full shutdown and emergency procedures. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and made sure we understood everything. I started looking around to replace my existing 12-year-old 3kW solar late in 2024 and came across Solar4Ever. Andrew came to my house, answered all of my questions and designed an excellent system within my budget. He was realistic with the expected install time and set a date around a holiday I had booked. The installers were very knowledgeable and professional and I can't fault their work - they removed the old inverter and 3kW of panels and installed 9.5kW of new panels with a Sigenergy inverter and battery system. The system has been operating now for about a month and I couldn't be happier. Most nights I'm powered entirely from the battery or only drawing from the grid for about a hour in the early morning before the sun is on the panels. I'd have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Solar4Ever - I've been looked after really well. Good old fashioned service and workmanship - they do what they say they're going to do and when they say they're going to do it.
