Really happy with the service Termico provided me with for my solar system. Stephen who met me for the initial consult was very knowledgeable, honest and easy to deal with. He answered all my questions and emails in a timely manner. Termico informed me that the system would be installed in approximately 4 weeks after the quote was accepted. However to my delight, the install was done within 3 weeks! The installers on the day were very professional, polite and did a fantastic job. Couldn't be happier! Thanks Termico!

What a great experience with termico from start to finish. Really happy with the service Termico provided me . From the start with Stephen who met me for the initial consult who was very knowledgeable, honest and easy to deal with. The communication throughout the process from signing of the documents to post instillation by Jaymi was fantastic. The installers did a great job, very neat and tidy install and we're in and out within a few hours.

This is the comment I made on SolarQuotes in Aug 2019. Called Termico and the manage to arrange a sales person to come down the next day. Sales person is knowledgeable, friendly and most importantly, not pushy. He was always just a phone call or an email away. Installation was a breeze. Installers were punctual and did a real neat and tidy work. All done in half a day and solar generation began right after that. Customer service was also readily available. Always a phone call or an email away. Really pleasant to deal with. Payment was a breeze too. I really recommend Termico. After half a year, everything is still good and working as it should.

Everything to do with the process was seamless, hassle free and professional. We enquired with Termico after recommendations from a couple of people and were so happy we did. Sarah & Ian in the office helped us straight away with our quotes and questions about solar and together they helped us settle on a 20 panel, 5kW system with the best placement on the roof for max benefits. On install day, the team were there on time and were fabulous from start to finish - clean, professional and efficient, even with some dubious looking weather. The inverter installed in the garage was neat & tidy and you can tell the guys went to the extra trouble to ensure it was level and presentable! Once installed, all of the information we needed (and more!) to get the most use out of our solar was forwarded by Sarah , as well as instructions on how to monitor the performance on the mobile app. Honestly cannot recommend Termico enough! If you are looking for a reliable, well priced and good quality solar (in a market that is flooded with cheap alternatives and horror stories) I would encourage you to call Termico to discuss your options! Thanks again team :)

Termico staff and installation team were most helpful and courteous as the old system was no longer operational. The team arrived on time and in spite of the inclement weather removed the old panels and installed the new larger system all in one day. I have been impressed as to how sensitive the new system is in responding to lack of sun. The final icing on the cake was Jade setting up the ability for me to monitor the inverter readings on my phone.

highly recommend termico solar, the sales consult was excellent, made the sign up so simple and organised everything with synergy. Organising the install date was so easy, Sarah was very patient and easy to communicate with. I can’t fault the install team at all, the blokes were well mannered, careful, and worked very hard. The panels look immaculate on the roof and the inverter is done so neat and tidy. Can definitely tell they take pride in their work! If your looking for solar power look no further than termico solar!!
