Had a great experience with Amazing solar. At each step the team were prompt on getting back to my queries. Really professional on all fronts. Kasper made it extra simple and took time to explain and breakdown different things on the quote which I didn't get with other installers. The whole process was pretty quick and had it all set up end to end within a span of a couple of weeks. I was not pushed to purchase any particular product like other sellers. Highly recommend them. Great team and good installation. Overall great experience.

I had a GoodWe ESA 40 kWh battery and 10 kW inverter installed by Amazing Solar Solutions. After having a very difficult experience with a previous company for my solar panel install, I was extremely anxious going into this process and asked a lot of questions throughout. Despite this, the team were consistently patient, responsive and supportive. Harry R from sales was outstanding. I contacted him frequently and changed my system size and battery brand several times during the decision-making process. He was always happy to help, clearly explained each option and answered all of my questions thoroughly. Nik, Maya, and Glen in the office were also fantastic. They managed my account efficiently, communicated clearly and were very proactive in organising everything. I particularly appreciated being given an escalation matrix early on, which clearly outlined what to do if any issues arose. I never needed to use it, but it demonstrated how seriously they take customer satisfaction. Brad, my install manager, was excellent as well. He was approachable, knowledgeable and took the time to go through additional questions with me after the installation. The installation itself was completed to a very high standard. Everything was neat and well presented, my garage was left very clean, and I was shown how to use the accompanying app before the team left. Overall, this was a very positive experience and I would confidently recommend Amazing Solar Solutions to others. I wish I had them for my first solar panel install!

It was a simple and quick walk through the process by Leo and a good recommendation on the the type of battery to install. The installation went ahead smoothly and timely as promised. It is the speed with which they delivered the project and the continuous communication to update me throughout the stages that stood out for me. I have spent 3 days analysing the solar system and can't wait to see my bills go down dramatically.i am pretty impressed that my 20Kw battery's self consumption mode is working perfectly.
