I recently had a solar system with Sungrow 15kwh hybrid inverter and SBH 30kwh battery installed by United Energy Group, which also included full-house automatic backup. Everything was completed with a high level of professionalism. Since Ahmed finished the installation and made the process go smoothly from beginning to end, I would highly recommend United Energy Group. They were equally good at keeping me updated and ensuring that the process went smoothly from beginning to end. The reception staff, Zak was equally outstanding; they kept me updated and making the process smooth from start to finish. I’m very pleased with both the system and the service, and would highly recommend United Energy Group.

I hired this company because I like their review and the support they provided post installation. Their prices are very competitive also. Zak was very good. He was very helpful. He got back to me quickly with many questions I asked before going ahead with the installation. I am please with Ahmad installation. He did a great job replacing the old inverter to a new hybrid inverter and installed a new solar battery. Also installed a back up to my entire house. Not many company do that. Everything was installed neatly and to my preferred location. Although the clean up was good, but could be better. Post installation, there were minor hiccup with paper work to the electrical company, but that was sorted quickly by Zak, true to the review i had read. I would recommend them to anyone thinking of installing a solar system.
