We purchased a Heat pump water heater. The professionalism of the quote together with an honest all inclusive price were the things that stood out for us. The price was competitive and warantee good. When we placed the order we were warned before paying the deposit that there would be a delay due to the volume of orders. (beats promises made and not kept) On the agreed installation day the plumber and electrician completed the work with minimal fuss. We were advised by text that they were on the way. Overall very happy with the product and service. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend. We have a fantastic solar system with 15kw solar panels, Fronius 10Kw inverter and 13Kw BYD battery, at a great price, with the highest quality products, and the level of customer service has been second to none.

We are very pleased with Impact Solar’s German Tech Solar Hot Water System, during the present rainy weather with overcast days the panels have performed superbly and we have had hot water without needing to put on the booster. The service was excellent, contact was quick and easy and the plumbers came on time and did the installation efficiently and carted away the old system. I had contacted the supplier of the original system but found them hard to contact (too many menu buttons) and their price was, I thought, exorbitant. Andrew had googled my rooftop and at our first pone conversation knew what the job entailed. I was very happy with the price quoted.

The sales/info/service from GermanTech was excellent (I tend to ask a lot of questions and back-and-forth a lot :) ) Nothing was too difficult, every question I had was answered, and all involved were completely professional on all parts of the job, with plenty of time to walk me through the various components. Highly recommend.
