Rod approached me today while I was Mowing my lawn. He had come over because he was servicing my neighbours solar system and was checking where he had parked was not an inconvenience to me. I am not a client and didn't expect anything from him, however I took the opportunity to speak to him about a broken bracket on one of my solar panels as I had been having trouble finding some fittings for the rails the panels are fixed to. Although he had not installed my system, and I am not a client of them, he rummaged threw the back of his van for the part I needed, and was happy to help. I can really appreciate people like these who are genuine and kind, where although it may have been a small part and not much effort, he still made sure that he helped me in any way he could. Thank you Rod for the fittings, and I hope other people read this review and can appreciate that this company is operated by people who are not just in it for a quick buck, but to use there experience and expertise to give their clients they best service they can.

Rod Grono is one of the most experienced, knowledgeable solar experts in the market. I purchased a 6.6kw Winaico System with 5kw Delta Inverter 2.5 years ago and have not had a single issue. The system has stood up against all the elements, ash [2020 bushfires], windstorms, hail, heatwaves and construction dust. To this day [without even cleaning them] they still operate @ a 108% efficiency. He uses high quality switches, wiring and mounting brackets to get the job done. Wait there's more! The high quality vetted products he provides is just the beginning. Rods professional service [both at the time and ongoing] is where he shines. Rod provides ongoing service using a monitoring app called Solar Analytics which allows him to keep and eye on the systems he has installed for that extra piece of mind to the customer. If anything goes wrong with system, he is immediately notified. I'm currently with AGL on a 20c Tariff and have now approach the last year before my panels pay themselves off [3.5 years]. My Bills went from 500 per quarter to -200 credit per quarter thanks to Rods energy management tips. Very satisfied and would recommend Western Sydney Solar to anyone.

I have had the pleasure of being a customer of Western Sydney Solar since 2015 for system maintenance at my old house and install and maintenance of my new system from 2018-today. Rod has amazing attention to detail, is passionate about solar, I can't fault the quality of his work and he is a really nice person to boot! I can't recommend Western Sydney Solar enough.

I have been using Western Sydney Solar over the last five years for maintenance and repairs, and Rod and his team have always proven to be absolute professionals, passionate about solar and the service they provide to customers. Always on time, well priced and Rod takes the time to explain exactly what is happening to my system and suggestions to improve its performance. Thanks Rod for helping to repair one (of 4) inverters recently. On an older system I am sure most other companies would have just told me to replace all inverters, but you took the time to troubleshoot and source a replacement inverter that was compatible with my older solar system.
