My job objective given to Simply Solar was "I want to run my AC in summer and not have to worry about what it will cost me". I also expressed that primarily my solar + battery was a financial investment. After over a month with the system I can say Simply Solar met the brief. After install, on the most hottest summer days I could see all of my power was coming from solar plus battery. Others recommended solutions had far less Kwh and also not compatible with my 3 phase AC unit. It seems I dodged a bullet when it came to a 3 phase solution by going with Simply Solar. Only if I had other things like an oven on would I exceed my inverters ability to supply the house with 100% renewables. At first I thought, perhaps a bigger inverter would have been better but honestly, this is peak usage and the other side of the objective came into mind, ie. this was a financial investment. A bigger inverter would have meant more money and it turned out we rarely exceeded the inverters capacity so I think simply solar balanced it right, ie. cost vs return on investment. Come Autumn, Winter and Spring I won't use as much energy as per my bill history showed. It's easy to get carried away when you first get into the business of being an energy producer and mostly being off grid. It's been a fun ride. Simply Solar spec'ed my system appropriately. Their install was fast but had quality and a clean install. If anything, with the adverse Weather on the day, they pushed a bit too hard to install my system but it all worked out ok. We are extremely happy with our recently installed solar panel and battery system. From the very first discussions (multiple) about system requirements through to the installation and commissioning, the entire process was seamless and extremely professional. The installation quality was outstanding — the team went above and beyond, using premium fittings where others might have cut corners with basic conduit etc. They also removed our old system, and the new installation not only performs brilliantly but also looks far superior to what we had before. Highly recommend for anyone considering solar and battery — excellent service, attention to detail, and a fantastic end result.

The team at Simply Solar were unreal. From liaising with me up until installation, the day of install and ongoing support is second to none! Highly highly recommend Rod, Chris and the team as their workmanship, transparency and all round good vibes made it an easy choice!

The crew turned up on time and even though we had rain during multiple times of the day they were busy getting what they could done, done. Chris was fantastic and kept us informed of what stage they were at, particularly when they were about shut off power. Chris then instructed us of how the whole system worked including what would happen with a power outage. They took particular care to make the battery and inverter look good on installation. Simply Solar Solutions are a professional team from initial consultation through to completion. We had previously had a battery and panels installed by a dodgy company and had continual grief, including what we later found to be a battery that was installed in an unsafe and illegal way. We are off grid (if the sun shines at least some time in the day) and don’t require the expensive grid power. I couldn’t recommend Simply Solar Solutions any higher

The site team, led by Chris, were a pleasure to have working at our home (and being around our kids) they were all so polite and respectful.
