Awsome service and products (13.2 KW solar system with Winaico 450 Watts and Powerwall 3)We highly recommend Skyline Solar for installation and management of any solar and battery system design. We recently contacted Skyline Solar to let us know what the best options would be for our type of roof and what our options would be for solar PV panels and a battery system, living in an area with frequent power outages we wanted a battery system that would provide back-up power in a seamless fashion and the Tesla Powerwall 3 does that even though we have not tested that yet. They came highly recommended from a colleague at work, and we are so glad that we went with this company. From the very first contact Nicole was super helpful with great knowledge of her products and systems. Nicole also was very friendly and very honest telling us of the only recall they had with a type of solar panel they supplied (manufacturing fault) as we had concerns with some overseas panels. After that first contact, we had Luke answer all our questions and the benefits of a customized system with the Tesla Powerwall 3 battery being a state-of-the-art battery system with the Tesla app which is so addictive in that you can check in real time all your energy consumed and how much energy you use from the grid and the battery plus so much more. After weeks of discussions Luke gave us a detailed proposal which is great in itself and came to our home and further explained the designed quote and proposal and did a drone inspection of our roof. We signed the proposal on that day and had the whole system installed in one day once the Powerwall 3 was approved and released in Australia. At no extra cost Nicole upgraded us to the Winaico 450 Watt panels with an additional government battery rebate of $2154 on top of the STC rebate (over $4000) which we did not know we could get (thank you Nicole!). The after sales service is also very professional as if we were a new customer and Nicole helped us with the smart meter change with our electricity provider. Overall, we are so glad that we went with Skyline Solar even though they cost a bit more than other providers but well worth the cost and peace of mind. The only little negative is that after the install the commissioning of the system could have been a bit more improved to show us how to shut down the whole system but Nicole did answer all our questions the next day and provided that information and more. In 3 days, the Tesla app estimates we have saved $25 from electricity bills using the battery at night to power a family of 2 and large home! Thank you to the whole team at Skyline Solar! Luke at Skyline Solar has been so brilliant in setting up solar at my place. It’s an old house which made some of the set up complex but Skyline were fantastic at accomodating the quirks. He’s also been really helpful if there have been issues, talking me through everything and setting me up with Amber energy as well. Strongly recommend!

Skyline Solar recently completed our 10.36kWh solar system including 3 tesla batteries. From the initial phone discussion with Luke to the completion of the job their approach was always very professional. We were kept well informed of the job progress with installers arriving on time on the date given. After sales services has always been excellent, with Nicole following any queries we have had. We were so pleased with their approach we engaged Skyline Solar to add additional panels to our existing system for our holiday home as well another 4 tesla batteries. They did not disappoint; we received the same service as with our Sydney residence. We have no hesitation in recommending Skyline Solar for your solar installation. After meticulously researching everything there is to know about solar and the solar companies suitable to my needs I came across Skyline Solar. As a very picky consumer armed with the knowledge that I was spending a significant amount of money on our large installation I reached out to the team and with a checklist in hand I asked question after question. I was immediately impressed by the knowledge of Vanessa and her team and was presently surprised to find a company that wasn't aggressively out to just sign me up like many before them had tried to do. In what was a very professional, thorough process filled with granular information I have successfully had my 20kw system installed. The installation team can only be described as first class and even took the liberty to clean our gutters for us whilst on the roof. Their attention to detail was OCD like and they ensured throughout the installation that I was across all the important parts.
