They also took care of everything safely and thoroughly, including installing a bollard and a smoke alarm since the battery was placed in the garage. We did our solar panels installation few years ago. They did an excellent job. Recently we installed a new Fox Ess battery system. My contact Dennis is a great communicator with good knowledge of different systems, which I could not find with few others who came to give me a quote. He answered all my queries and was helpful in every possible way till the installation was over. The installation was done very professionally by his team. Everything changed when I spoke to Dennis, he knew what he was talking about, he was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with and everything was done fantastic. I recently had YGP install a 10kw inverter + 42kw battery system and the entire experience was smooth as butter. The sales team (Dennis and Sam) not only were very helpful and knowledgeable, they never used aggressive sales tactics and were very easy to contact. The installation team was prompt, fast, efficient and clean. I even bought spare roof tiles in case they accidentally cracked some, but thankfully they never needed to use any. Price-point-wise YGP isn’t the cheapest out there, and it’s totally understandable since one of their main selling points is their established reputation (15 years in the industry) and their after-sales customer service. That won me over. This is why, aside from giving YGP glowing review, I will be updating this post yearly to give future potential solar buyers some after-sales/after-install customer service reports on YGP, which I believe is sorely needed for this industry. With that said, highly recommended you give Your Green Planet a go for your solar needs.

What an amazing company, very thorough and upfront about everything before the installation, very contactable from the beginning to the end, the after sales is amazing! Great company and really put me at ease when doing my solar install as I had heard soo many horror stories about companies. These guys are the way to go!!
