My experience with my Solar and Battery installation with Hills Natural Solar has been excellent. The quotation process with Phillip provided a concise and detailed proposal. Matt provided an onsite review prior to installation. Glen and the Roofing team provided an excellent installation experience completing the work in one day. All through the communication provided by Aishah was amazing, the best of any company I have dealt with. The install itself looks excellent, performs well and has exceeded my expectations. Phil expertly guided me through designing the ideal system, while Aishah kept me updated throughout, especially during delays caused by a Sigenergy inverter recall. She worked hard to prioritise my project and handled the smart meter exchange smoothly. The installation was timely, courteous, and thorough, including a custom battery cover. Despite needing a meter box upgrade for blackout protection, the process was seamless. I'm very pleased with the system and grateful to Phil, Aishah, and the Hills Natural Solar team for an excellent experience.

Aishah, Phil and the team were so great to deal with. We had a quote and inspection within a week of first making contact. They were always happy to help answer and questions we had and nothing was too much trouble. The installation team were also great to deal with, on time, friendly and site left clean and tidy afterwards. Part of the reason we did not get solar earlier was not knowing which companies could be trusted in the solar industry - Hills Natural Solar were fantastic, trustworthy and I highly recommend them.
