I had an excellent experience working with Aakash from Aussie Sky Solar for my battery system installation. From the very beginning, Aakash was incredibly informative and transparent, he took the time to explain the pros and cons of different battery options, helped compare models objectively, and guided me on the ideal system size based on my usage and future needs. What really stood out was that he didn’t try to upsell unnecessarily. Instead, he focused on what would genuinely work best for my home, making the decision process clear and confidence-inspiring. Even after installation, Aakash remained highly responsive and supportive. He was quick to assist with any questions, checked in regularly to see how the system was performing, and followed up to ensure I was happy and comfortable using it. That ongoing support really shows his commitment to customer satisfaction. Overall, it’s been a smooth, professional, and genuinely positive experience. Aakash is knowledgeable, patient, and proactive. I’d highly recommend him and Aussie Sky Solar to anyone considering solar or battery solutions.

I recently got a battery system installed at my home by Aussie Sky Solar, and I have to say, working with Akash has been a great experience from start to finish. What I appreciated the most was his initial assessment. He actually took the time to look at my house layout, understand where things would work best, and then walked me through different options based on my preferences. The design he suggested made sense, and he explained everything in a simple, clear way. After the installation, I had a few questions and some configuration tweaks I wanted done at the inverter level. Akash never hesitated—he fixed everything happily and without making it feel like a hassle. He even tested the whole setup multiple times, including blackout simulation, to make sure the system was running perfectly. Overall, I’m extremely happy and satisfied with the service. Akash is knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. Definitely a 5-star experience. Highly recommend Aussie Sky Solar!
