Went with Greenlight for our Solar and am more than happy with outcome. Process was pretty seemless too, was a non-pressure sales process where they didn't over promise nor bad mouth their competitors. They weren't the cheapest and weee far from the most expensive of the 10 or so quotes we dld, but as they had been around for longest, as well as not fronting reviews in Fair Trading articles were still decently priced for the hardware they provide. Installation was smooth as well, very well done and their installers also replaced some other broken tiles they'd found when they first surveyed the roof. Well recommend the team. Greenlight Energy Solutions supplied & installed an 11kW system at my place using 25 Jinko Tiger Neo 440W panels & a Sun grow 10kW inverter. Amanda at Greenlight was very helpful in arranging the sale which was very well priced at just under $7K. The installation, which stole the show, was performed by Brian & Allan who did a fantastic job. There are no visible cables on my roof (bar a tiny length of conduit in a raked ceiling area) because they went the extra mile to do a tidy, aesthetically pleasing installation. They’re really nice to deal with & cleaned up before they left. I was a bit worried about the installation because I’d read stories of bad ones that typically happen when you choose a cheap deal – and $7K is very cheap. But I was so impressed with Allen & Brian’s installation & have included pics of their work. I would highly recommend Green light if you’re thinking of going solar.

My Solar System experience with Greenlight Energy Solutions was Excellent We recently (Feb-2025) had a Solar system installed. First contact on 3-Feb-2025 was with Amanda who had spent time answering my questions and running thru my wish list. Amanda then provided several quotes on the same day to give me options based on what I had asked for which initially included a battery with the Solar. Being a bit of a novice when it comes to Solar, a day later 4-Feb-2025, I called back to have further discussions around options that excluded the battery. I was then provided a couple of quote options on the same day that were close to my initial request without the battery, quotes also met my budget. Greenlight Energy Solutions were so easy to deal with and were quick to provide quotes. I got 2 other companies to quote for similar setups but found then less forth coming on details (Although they were similar pricing) I signed on 7-Feb-2025 with Greenlight who kept in contact with me giving me and organised everything It was just simple and easy to deal with. solar was installed 24-Feb-2025 and I got my first solar energy at 1pm and the reductions on my bill and first Tariff income too . Solar Module: 23 × Jinko Solar Tiger Neo Satin 440W Inverter: 1 × Sungrow Power SG8.0RT (3 phase) Over a month later I am so happy with the install and the change it has made to my electricity bill. I have also had further contacts with Greenlight Energy Solutions to have a consumption meter installed, pending and I am looking into adding a small battery in the near future.

We installed a Sungrow solar battery 4 weeks ago to our existing 5 year old solar panel system through Greenlight. On both the occasions my experience with Greenlight has been very positive and satisfying. From design to quoting to the installation evrything has been flawless and without any stress. Amanda was amazing during the design and quoting process. Even though we went through a few changes, every change was done obligingly and promptly. Kunal, with his wealth of knowledge and willingness to share and steer you towards the best possible outcome has been instrumemtal and we ended with a "bang for our buck" system. In the 4 weeks since the system was put in, even though we had a majority of cloudy days, our projected bill for this quater has dropped from around $1200 to just around $700.
