Instant Solar

Instant Solar was one of several companies recommended by Solar Choice. A request for a quote was answered quickly with a visit to site to check installation details and a worthwhile discussion about choices. Following acceptance of quote there was an agreed delay in installation due to prior commitments. Installation was carried out very quickly, in 4 hours plus time for download and explanation of inverter app., and monitoring. The whole operation including contact with the company office and with the installation crew was very agreeable. The job was very well done and there have been no problems since. The peak output of the system around 1 pm on a summer's day has been over 7 kW from a max capacity in ideal conditions of 8.3 kW. I am most happy with Solar Choices recommendation and my choice of both this company and the equipment selected.

A friend had Instant Solar install panels and battery in his new home. He was so impressed he recommended them to me. Having their own installers, not contractors, made my decision easy. I got exactly the same set up as my friend and Denis and his crew installed it in approximately 5 hours. Very friendly, hard working and they cleaned up after themselves. Cannot recommend them highly enough! 5 stars isn't enough!!

Gavin and the team at Instant Solar have been excellent throughout the process. They have provided top-level guidance and support to me when I was in the market for a battery and solar system. Their pre and post-sale customer service has been excellent. Gavin even dealt with an issue I was having when he was on leave, which says a lot. I would highly recommend using Instant Solar for your Solar/Battery installation.

We had a system - battery and additional solar panels - installed about 10 months ago. From the outset we have had issues, but Sam and the staff have always been available, helpful and proactive in sorting them out. The SAJ system that we now have is great. Our last bill was in credit! Thanks to Sam and the staff for their professionalism and fantastic support. This is a company that does not walk away from their customers!

Solar system with battery was only installed yesterday so time will tell, however early indications are positive - what is beyond dispute is the team, both at Head Office and the installation team themselves. Everyone was very efficient, very helpful and very supportive. Highly recommend.
